Thai Massage draws elements from Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and acupressure to stimulate circulation, loosen up frozen joints and tight muscles, and harmonize body and mind. With the client lying on a well-padded floor mat and dressed in loose clothing, the therapist guides the client’s arms and legs through deep stretches reminiscent of yoga poses while placing pressure on the body’s energy lines. The result is both relaxing and energizing, ultimately achieving a higher level of physical awareness and release.
